Retreat to one of the three bedrooms, each equipped with plenty of closet space, televisions, and designed for optimal privacy and comfort.
The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed, a comfy sitting area, and a large TV hung on the wall facing the bed. The spa-like en suite bath features a luxurious oversized shower, a private water closet, and a double vanity for extra comfort and space. There is a roomy walk-in closet with plenty of space for two people's wardrobes plus a dedicated entrance to the spacious backyard.
The first of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed with a luxurious ensuite bath for you to enjoy. The other guest room also boasts a queen-sized bed and has access to a shared full bathroom equipped with a sizable walk-in shower and dual sinks for your guests’ comfort. Lastly, there is a dedicated office space equipped with a desk and chair for remote work capabilities. RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
**Minimum age for every guest is 30 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties.
**The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund.
**This house requires both a $1000 refundable damage deposit and the purchase of additional damage insurance for $79. These fees are not included in the quoted price on some booking platforms and, if not, will be collected after you book.
**Renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A $3500 utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
**The city requires an additional written contract which you must sign after you book and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in.
**This house is pet-friendly with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
