Welcome to our new Rustic Coastal 2 beds/1 bath condo located in the quiet Woodside Village community close to shops, restaurants and only 6 miles to the beach (about 14 minutes by car)! This second-floor condo is prepared with all essentials to make your stay comfortable. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
The community features 3 HEATED swimming pools, 3 coin-operated laundry facilities, shuffleboard courts, clubhouse with a sauna.
Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!
- Please note that our condo is up to 4 guests maximum. You might see couches in the living room, but those are not sleeping arrangements. There are no extra bedding sheets, blankets, or pillows for additional guests.
- Boats, wave runners, all-terrain (ATV), commercial vehicles, motor homes and any trailers are prohibited
from parking anywhere on the property.
Vehicles found in violation may be towed
24 hours after a third written violation is issued.
- To guests with service and emotional support animals; We would LOVE to host you and your service animals. However, we are unable to do so. The main entrance to the building is a shared space for four separate condos where neighbors with allergies reside full-time. We do understand that we have to accept you as our guests, but we have to be considerate and compassionate to other people living on-premises. Thank you so much for your understanding!
