Welcome to South Seas Bayside Villa 4112. Our first level (up one flight of steps or elevator service) is very convenient as it is located at the South End of the Resort, near the Captiva Village area shops and restaurants. You can even rent a golf cart and get around the Island even easier. Our vaction rental condo features a very comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway is another full bathroom as well as a full kitchen and living area with queen size murphy bed. If you have children or extra guests, you just pull down the murphy bed, however, when not in use, the bed goes back up and hidden from view. The best spot is the spacious screened lanai with views directly out to the Marina, pool and bay. The community offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis and bbq. The Bayside Villas are a short walk over to the beach and we include at least 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and beach towels. While resort access isn't available, you'll save about 50% compared to resort rates, get to choose your unit, never pay a resort fee and have keyless entry/self check-in.
