This luxury vacation condominium is mere steps away from pristine white sand beaches and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in a serene location bordered by palm trees and tropical landscaping. Lands End 1625 has three outdoor areas including a screened lanai / dining area and two open air decks which provide sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as Redfish Pass. This high-end vacation rental condominium also offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dining area and living room with a plush sectional sleeper sofa (queen sized) and a flat panel TV. The master bedroom opens to a large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and has a king-sized bed, flat panel TV and spacious en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, oversize walk-in shower, dual vanity and skylights. The guest bedroom has two double beds, flat panel TV, a private deck and a separate full bathroom. Lands End Village community amenities provided with this rental are adjacent to the unit and include a resort-style heated pool surrounded by a large sun patio furnished with deck chairs and an outdoor shower, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, tennis courts and covered parking. Our rental includes a ground level storage room with access to a beach umbrella, sand chairs and a beach wagon. Captiva Island offers exceptional shelling, biking, fishing, sailing and an opportunity to enjoy all types of water sports (e.g. kayaking, paddle boarding, water skiing, parasailing, snorkeling/diving). The resort marina and marina store/deli are a five minute walk from the unit. Offshore Sailing School and Captiva Cruises, offering a range of sunset, dolphin & wildlife cruises, are also based at the marina. Chadwick Square shopping mall (Starbucks and others) and Sunny Island Watersports (water sports/bike/beach/golf cart rental equipment) are located at the entrance to South Seas Resort. Captiva's many Village area restaurants and other amenities are within a short distance from the resort entrance as well. South Seas amenities are not available with this rental. No smoking or pets in this unit. Unit is up one floor (Walk-up - no elevator for this building).
**This unit offers a pristine pool and hot tub right out the back door of the property, access to bbq grills, directbeach access along a path via the Gulf side of the unit including beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. Also, unobstructed Gulf Views are still amazing! Due to the aftermath of prior storms, areas of South Seas Resort are currently under construction. These areas however are in a separate area from1625 Lands End Village.**
