Welcome to Sunshine House- one of the finest (and most fun) homes in Cape Coral!
You will find all the amenities you could want for a fantastic vacation!
We are on the water, have a large heated pool for family fun, screened lanai, plenty of outdoor seating, hot tub, kayaks, dock, fishing, gas grill and beautiful sunrises and sunsets!
If you have your own boat, you can tie up to our dock and we have direct access to the gulf.
You can start your day watching the sunrise from the hot tub, have coffee on the lanai, play games with the family, and spend the day swimming and relaxing by the pool. Or you can head to the beaches of nearby Sanibel for beachcombing and maybe even see some dolphins!
We have fishing poles and tackle, and a beach bag, beach towels and beach blanket for your use.
Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms and sleeps 8, with an additional pull out sofa that could sleep one more. The kitchen has everything you need for delicious meals, and you can even cook up your catch on our great gas grill.
Spacious living rooms and a game table/area provide plenty of room to spread out and connect with family and friends. We have plenty of games and puzzles for family fun!
Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay.
We also welcome long-term rentals if you would like to stay the season!
