Our private home offers you the luxury of having your own personal pool 24/7, lanai and patio. We also have a child security fence that can be used for your little children for their safety! Our screened pool is solar heated November through March. The beautiful back yard is fenced. We have new bikes you can enjoy, as well as men and women's golf clubs. We have a full service kitchen and a very comfortable, relaxing living room. We have a well stocked kitchen. Eat in the dining room or out on the lanai. There are 4 flat screen TVs for your enjoyment, wireless internet connection and U-Tube Live TV. There is also a split bedroom floor plan for your privacy. We have rented our home out since 2009 and we think you will enjoy it as much as we do.
We do not charge extra for electricity. We just ask that you use the electricity as you would at your own home. Please keep doors and windows closed when the temperatures are high and the air-conditioning is running.
We have made every effort to guarantee that your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. Cape Coral Yacht Club is approximately 10 minutes away. We are conveniently located near some of the world's most beautiful beaches. Sanibel Island and Captiva Island are approximately 30-35 minutes away, as well as the fun and excitement of Fort Myers Beach only 25-30 minutes away. Area activities include water sports, fishing, golf, sunbathing, boat rentals. boating and shelling just to name a few. Our home is perfect for romantic get-aways & family holidays.
