Guests have access to all areas of the home, garage, and backyard, with the exception of the one locked housekeeper supply closet and shed on the side of the house.

For security purposes, to open the garage door, guests must enter the home and then activate the wall-mounted opener from the garage.

For your convenience, an extra refrigerator/freezer is located in the garage for extra items.

1. A few days prior to your arrival, a digital
guidebook will be provided with helpful
information regarding check in and check out instructions, emergency information and house rules, as well as recommendations for places to eat and things to do.
2. Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital keypad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
3. You will have the option to use or not use our home alarm system. If you choose to use this, a detailed explanation on how to operate the system will be provided for your safety. Please note, any false alarm charges will be the responsibility of the guests.
4. Our home has cameras at front entry and backyard area only for safety and insurance purposes. No cameras are inside the house.
5. Please ensure you use the hot tub cover for safety. If the hot tub is not being used, please make sure you place the cover back on the hot tub and lock the buckles.
6. Yard cleaning and hot tub maintenance are conducted weekly. The hot tub cleaning staff will access the hot tub area via the gate on the side of the home. Maintenance takes about 10 minutes.
7. Trash is collected every Tuesday and Friday morning.
8. Our housekeepers will arrive shortly after 11:00 am on the date of checkout.
9. We may require pictures of government-issued ID for the safety of our guests, our housekeepers.
