This traditional 2 bedroom beach house is cozy and comfortable. Located in the desirable Pleasure Point Area. You can walk 1 mile to the beach, surf the point or watch the sunset from the beautiful cliffs! 3 miles to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! Experience Santa Cruz from this world renowned surf location and one of the most popular local surf spots!
The house is small but cozy. Its full of sunshine with fresh sea air! Three quarters of a mile to the ocean! It has a private yard with a sweet garden that provides privacy. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee.
You will have access to the 2 bedroom house, kitchen, living room, bathroom and yard plus 1 parking space on left side of driveway. Memory foam bed. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a nova gel foam mattress. The second bedroom Sleeps two in a full size pillow top bed. The couch also pulls out into a full size bed.
The outside shed is private.
There is an attached studio with a private yard that is also private. Please do not disturb the tenant.
There is one parking space on the left side of driveway and additional free parking on street

The neighborhood:
Pleasure point is a small beach community. A world renowned surf spot. Home to the inventor of the wetsuit, “ Jack O’Neil “. Location of the movie “ Chasing Mavericks”
The Beach house sits 3/4 of a mile from the Beach. It’s a nice walk through the neighborhood to the end of the street where it dead ends at East Cliff Dr. which is a popular walking path along the ocean cliffs where you can watch the surfers. When the tide is out there are several small beach areas.
There are several great restaurants along 41st Ave and Portola Dr. all within a mile.
There is a New Leaf Market, and Whole Foods market, Trader Joe’s, lots of shopping, movie theatre and 2 different fitness centers all within a mile.
There is a nice park a couple blocks away with basketball, tennis courts, and children’s play area.
Just a little further away at approximately 1.7 miles to the south is the Capitola village. A sweet little beach with fun shops.
The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is approximately 3 -4 miles away. You can drive along the coast.
