Welcome to The Sienna House! This light-filled oasis is one of the largest in the Pointe Tapatio Community (1400 sq ft), featuring 20-foot ceilings and an abundance of windows that flood the home with natural light.
Our home is inspired by the Southwest, combining a bohemian feel with an open concept. Unwind in this peaceful home surrounded by mountains!
LONGER STAYS
We welcome guests who would like to stay monthly! Please send a booking inquiry for special month to month pricing and to learn about our lease signing process.
PACK N PLAY
We offer family friendly Pack N Play and High Chair! These are offered at NO COST.
CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook
PET FEES
We allow dogs under 50 lbs for a one time $70 fee (max 2 dogs, no cats), with prior authorization only. Please clean up after your dog or there will be an additional cleaning fee
FIREPLACE
Our fireplace is currently not in use. Please do not use.
SECURITY
We have installed a Ring doorbell and security cameras above each of the exterior doors. These are here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your Check-in
HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 8 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit
PHOENIX REGULATIONS
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $1,500 coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Complete terms regarding the Trust and Safety coverage can be found through Safely. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible or
minimum claim amount will be the responsibility of the Guest and Moonrise Homes LLC will process using the form of payment on file for Guest.

We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guest from traveling or fulfilling rental terms

The Pointe Resort is a gated community in North Phoenix, surrounded by mountains near the North Mountain Preserve. We are 10 miles north of downtown Phoenix and 15 miles from Sky Harbor Airport. This is a residential area, so enjoy your time experiencing life as a local! We are close to golf courses, hiking and biking trails. This home is tucked away and offers a relaxing place to stay, yet being close to major attractions.
