Each building is beautifully landscaped with a private entrance. Over-sized sliding glass doors frame your view as you enter into an open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout the main living area. Relax on the patio in the sectional sofa or rocking chairs and watch the golfers mingle with the deer as the day unfolds. Use the electric grill for your BBQing delights. Dine outdoors at the large table.
The comfortable seating options in the living room invite you to settle in to read a good book or watch a show on the 40" Smart TV with cable and Netflix. Gather everyone together to play one of the board games or cards provided. Spend a quiet moment relaxing with a good book. The couch converts to a queen size sleeper sofa. This villa has many special features that the owners have provided to enhance your stay.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with granite counter tops, white cabinetry and both Keurig and 10 Cup carafe coffee makers. Additional kitchen items include a toaster, blender and mixer. The bright kitchen is open to the dining room with seating for six. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining area and has counter seating. The dining area seats six.
The large primary bedroom has wood flooring and has a queen bed with 34" Smart TV, en suite bath and tiled floor. The primary bath features a quartz vanity with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. A guest bedroom has two twin beds. Sliding doors in this bedroom lead out to the covered patio. Lovely views of the golf course can be seen from both bedrooms. A full hall bath has a walk-in shower. The laundry area off the bedrooms has a full -sized stacked washer and dryer. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms for your convenience.
The owners have also provided 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach wagon for you to use on Seabrook Island's private beach.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
