This amazing, 5 star oceanfront home has it all. Enjoy water views from every window and a private path leading to the sands and water's edge. Walk to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest for lunch or dinner, or to the Seabrook Island Club's two championship golf courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks. When staying in this home, you will have a vacation you never forget.
This home has been updated from top to bottom. It sleeps 10 in its three bedrooms. Upon entering, you will walk into the lower level family surrounded by windows. Play games or enjoy snacks around the table for four. To the left in this open room is a large HDTV surrounded by a comfortable sofa. Mix a drink at the bar outfitted with a beverage refrigerator. If you have to spend time on your computer, there is a desk available for your use. Walk to the covered deck to read while listening to the sound of the ocean's waves.
There are two spacious bedrooms on this level. The 1st bedroom has two queen beds, and an en suite full bath. There is a luxurious tiled shower with an adjustable shower head. The vanity is topped with a granite counter. Down the hall is the 2nd bedroom. It too has two queen beds, and sliding doors to a covered deck with water views. There is a full bath accessible from the hall. It has a double vanity and area for the washer and dryer. The shower/tub is in a separate room. The home is outfitted with a Sonos Wireless Sound System.
Head up the open stairway to the main living area in this reverse floor plan home. You will immediately notice the spectacular views of the ocean from every window. The living room features a gas log fireplace, large wall mounted HDTV with BluRay player, hardwood floors, and a comfortable, modern decor. The dining area has a round table for six allowing water views. Grab the binoculars and spy on the dolphin swimming offshore or watch the shrimp boats come in with their daily haul. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted for the most discerning chef. Cook on the six burner Thermador range with a double oven. The oversized refrigerator has more than enough space for your food for your visit. The wood island counter has seating for five. Barbecue on the gas grill located on the deck off the kitchen. Read a book while sitting in the nook outfitted with comfortable cushions. The screened porch is also accessible from this great kitchen. The master bedroom suite is on the 2nd level. This luxurious retreat features a king bed and access to the screened porch. The sleek, modern decor is soothing and relaxing. The master bath has double sinks set into a granite topped vanity and a stylish black and white tile in the oversized, glass enclosed shower.
Walk off the back deck to the private beach path following the starfish stepping stones. Set your beach chairs up in the sands on this quiet beach. You just have to walk .4 miles to get to the Beach Club pools, oceanfront dining, and golf courses. Gentle waves lap the shoreline as sailboats float by.
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included in the rent. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
