The lanai and pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing and entertaining. Cool down in the pool during the day and relax in the hot spa in the evening. There is also a wonderful outdoor kitchen and dining area equipped with a grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.
The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral which means you're close to shopping and restaurants. You're also close to both Veterans Pkwy and Cape Coral Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island. As well as the Airport and Miromar Outlets on I-75.
This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room with a 65" TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.
Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have King size beds and a 50" TVs.
The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and has a 40" TV.
There's brand new furniture in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Also in the living room and outside.
