This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home was constructed in 2021 and has spectacular creek and intracoastal views and is only 5 minutes away from the beach! The professionally decorated home is ideal for entertaining with an open concept floor plan and spacious living areas. You can watch amazing sunsets in the living room, atop the roof-deck, in the master bedroom or in the upstairs lounge area. This rental includes use of the dock directly across the street to crab, fish, paddle board or kayak (when high tide).
The well equipt kitchen features a 48” wolf range; subzero fridge and both drip and keurig coffee maker.
An elevator services all floors of the home (garage, primary floor and top floor of the home).
There is a plunge pool outside of the living dining room and adjoins the pool lounge area. Can be heated with additional fee.
The home features televisions with Sonos speakers in every room and Bluetooth speakers throughout the interior of the home. Every bedroom has a television, as does the living area, pool lounge area, upstairs lounge and roof deck.
There is an upstairs Lounge with seating for 5, wet bar and fridge that leads to the rooftop.
The roof deck has a bbq, dining table and chairs, couches and chairs around the outdoor television and outside fire place. There is a pool table on the roof deck and a ping pong table in the downstairs garage for additional activities.
Each of the four bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: king bed with en suite bath. Doors lead to patio deck and fenced in backyard.
Bedroom 2: queen bed, bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom. En suite bath. Doors lead to patio deck and fenced in backyard.
Pool lounge room features a day bed with trundle beneath.
Second floor:
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with stunning views has a king bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub and dual vanities.
Bedroom 4: King bed with en suite bath
The Pool has a removable mesh fence. Please let us know if you would like the fence up prior to your arrival/ if you are traveling with children. We suggest having the fence up if you are traveling with children or have concerns with anyone in your party accessing the pool.
Parking: There is a 4 car garage and 3 driveway spots however there is a MAXIMUM OF 4 VEHICLES PERMITTED. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS!
PLEASE NOTE there is one outside camera on the property that is facing the driveway.
Beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks can be rented. None are provided with the rental.
Local partners rent golf carts which we suggest for fun island transportation as well!
Damage insurance required:
Pool Heating fee: $150 (2-3 nights) or $250 (4-7 nights)
Pet Fee: $150 (2-3 nights) or $250 (4-7 nights). Maximum 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.
Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs.
Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.
Bath Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.
