Waterfront home with brand new dock and boat lift, 3 minute walk to secluded beach with the MOST amazing, pastel-sky sunsets (stocked wagon provided). Super cute 3 bed, 3 bath home with bonus room (2 futons, TV & games), indoor laundry room, inviting living spaces, comfy patio area with outdoor grill and canal views, single car garage and more parking. Children and well trained Non-Shedding Dogs welcome. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. No Cats, sorry. Other amenities include A/C, internet & Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, dishwasher, wine fridge, fire pit, stocked beach cart, many games, beach gear, etc. Use of boat lift will be available for a $600 additional monthly fee. Separate agreement required for use of boat lift. Longboat Key homes may only rent a minimum of 1 month. We ask that renters abide by this and check in and out on Saturday only, but occasionally we can be flexible with this rule.
