Tucson is hot in the summer, but in this Guesthouse--part of a property of 3 houses custom-designed by a well-known architect--you'll find shade trees, a private porch, a pool for cooling off, birds, desert plants and gardens all over the property. This is central location close to the University of Arizona, our local non-profit Loft Cinema, Whole Foods Market, pharmacies, numerous restaurants, parks and more. It's really a lovely, peaceful, convenient, and secure place to wind down, work or connect with friends and family. I keep things very clean and organized, and you will find almost anything you need already stocked in the house. If you need something that's not there, I live in the house next door and can attend to your needs. What I love about my precious compound of three houses is that we have extraordinary gardens and huge desert trees. So there is shade and filtered light everywhere. Guests may love being close to some great restaurants as well as the University. We would love to have you as our guest!
