Enjoy our beloved, hundred year old, bungalow home! This home has unique touches of original Spanish tile, a spiral stair case, and sky light windows to give you the full Florida experience.
Located in the heart of St Petersburg FL. Just 1 mile from downtown/the bay and close to all the beaches! Whether you're here to enjoy the arts, foods, and entertainment this city has to offer, or some of the best beaches in Florida you came to the right place.
The space
This home consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first level next to a full bathroom. The second bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with a half bath. Enjoy a wonderful front porch, or back deck area to enjoy your morning coffee, or evening grill session.
Located next door to Blanc Park, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood walking distance to a local grocery and coffee shop.
