3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths that can sleep 8-10 people. The condo is 1452 sq ft with a spacious deck with seating that also turns into picnic tables. The unit is professionally cleaned between each guest. All adults must be 25 years or older (except for families with young children and children’s friends )
Each bedroom is carpeted while the rest of the unit has cherry hardwood floors. Stainless steal appliances in the kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy use of a full coffeepot, a 4 slot toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, and silverware. Anything you can think of is provided. The living room is an open floor concept offering guests to enjoy time on the couch, in the kitchen, and in the dining room all at the same time. The spacious couch also turns into a sofa bed to give guests more sleeping space. The television in the living room and primary bedroom have over 125 channels of xfinity cable and the entire unit has free WiFi. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.
The primary bedroom has a king sized bed, a dresser, closet, and private bathroom with double sinks, a toilet, and a shower. The first guest room has a queen sized bed, a dresser and large closet. The second guest room has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom with a twin sized bed on top. Beneath the bunk bed is a trundle bed pull out for an extra twin sized bed as well. There is also a dresser and a closet in this room. The second bathroom has a shower/tub, single sink with storage underneath, and a toilet.
***Renters must provide all their own linens, towels, bedding, and anything else you think you need. Bed sizes are as follow: 1 king set, 2 queen sets, 2 twin sets, and a double set. Linens renters must provide are sheets, blankets, and pillow cases. (pillows are provided)***
There is an attached 2 car garage where you can store your beach chairs, coolers, and anything else you want to bring with you. You can enter the condo through the garage as well as on the side of the building. If you're a group who enjoys walking places rather than finding parking, you won't need to move your cars at all.
