Live like a local in our renovated classic island cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Within easy walk to beach or park with playground, tennis, basketball, batting cages and frisbee golf. Park your car for the week & pedal our bikes or use our golf cart to beach, nearby restaurants or grocery store. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub (seasonal only) overlooking the gas fire pit. Large fenced front yard with parking & outside private hot shower. Huge screen porch, modern kitchen, & lots of games, books, and baby gear. Historic Charleston is only 20 minutes away.
This is our personal home with all the love and comfort of home, including a fully stocked kitchen (spices, oils, etc.), lots of games and puzzles, books and our personal bikes and golf cart available for your use.
Ours is a family neighborhood with kids and pets up and down the block. You are likely to meet the neighbors if you sit on the wide front porch. You also have the privacy and use of the huge screened in porch in the rear, two outside eating areas and a grill.
Parking can be an issue on the Isle of Palms, but we have ample driveway and street parking. With our golf carts and bikes you don't even have to worry about parking at the beach. The 25th Ave. beach access has a drop-off for your gear and a huge stretch for golf cart parking. There is a full grocery store a short golf-cart ride away as well as many great restaurants. We are only 20 minutes from historic Charleston for a day in the world's favorite city (Conde Naste)

We will be traveling during your stay but available via phone. Our son lives nearby and can be called for emergencies.
We have a high-chair and pack n play available (for our grandchildren) and will set them up if requested.
