High ceilings, creatively decorated with touches of yellow and green, comfortable furnishings, high-speed internet, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, washer & dryer, and powerful fans and air conditioning make this condo a comfortable home away from home for your vacation to Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is located on the top floor and therefore features stunning views of Puerto Vallarta's lush mountains and provides quick and easy access to the rooftop pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4. Start your mornings off right with a cup of coffee on the extended balcony area as the sun begins to rise over the green mountaintops.
The bedroom features blackout curtains and a comfortable king-size bed. You can watch your favorite Netflix shows on the smart TV from bed or you can swivel the TV to watch it from the sectional sofa in the living area. A large sliding door separates the bedroom from the living area and it can be left open for more space or closed for added privacy.

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:
- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
