Located inside of one of the newer projects in the Romantic Zone - Nayri Life and Spa - this condo has the BEST location you could ask for. Located on Basilio Badillo, also know as Restaurant Row, all the best restaurants are only steps away as is the beach!
***Please be advised that the large pool within the building will be undergoing essential repairs starting from April 15th, with an expected completion date of August 15th. During this period, access to the large pool will be unavailable. However, guests can still enjoy the facilities, as the smaller pool, roof area, and gym will remain open for use as usual.
The queen size bed is very comfortable and conveniently hosts a bed side table on each side. The large windowed sliding doors provide access to the full size balcony and allow you to wake up with the sun each morning. If you prefer to sleep in, the blackout curtains can be drawn for darkness.
The living area has seating for 5 with a comfy couch and chair. Watch your favorite news and entertainment channels on the flat screen TV through an internet cable service or through your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube.
The kitchen's granite countertops shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. For those who cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. Meals can be served at the bar where there are 4 bar stools to sit on or on the dining table. Purified water is dispensed through the refrigerator so no need to be lugging water jugs from the store.
The bathroom has lots of light for grooming purposes and sports a large rain shower head.

Nayri Life and Spa is all about its common amenities. The development boasts a huge common area terrace complete with two swimming pools overlooking the ocean, gym, two BBQs, multiple seating areas, and a spa area complete with a sauna, steam room and showers with spa services on demand. Start your day with a massage or a facial, you don't even need to leave the building to be pampered. The lobby is impressive in its own right with a gigantic table made out of a single piece of wood and a seating area to watch television on a massive big screen - 9 TVs mounted together as one!
The Neighborhood
Nayri Life and Spa is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.
The beach is a short walk, just 1 block west of Nayri. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.
Security
This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood.

THE LARGE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM APRIL 15TH THROUGH AUGUST 15TH, 2024 FOR MAINTENANCE REPAIRS.
There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it's your responsibility to replace them.
