The Space:
Elegantly remodeled Penthouse offers great privacy. Well appointed with comfortable furnishings, dramatic 14′ ceilings, and spectacular lighting throughout. Relax and take in the beautiful views of the Los Muertos Pier, Conchas Chinas coastline, Los Arcos islands, and South Bandaras Bay.
Fiber optic HIGHSPEED internet, cable TV, telephone, all utilities, 24/7 English speaking reception and security, and maid service every day except Sundays and Holidays. The maids provide clean bath towels twice weekly and replace the bed linens once a week. The condo provides pool towels and beach chairs so you may enjoy Vista del Sol’s private beach area right out in front of the building, or the heated rooftop pool just one level above.
