3103 Marshgate is a dream home that exudes luxury with large picture windows and glass doors offering captivating views from nearly every room, two distinct living areas, two kitchens, an elevator, a private dock with incredible views and a welcome concierge to acquaint you with the home and its luxury appointments and high-end amenities. The upstairs kitchen is an epicurean dream with Thermador gas range, separate refrigerator and freezer, and a beverage refrigerator. The lower level kitchen is anchored by custom cherry cabinets, a commercial grade wine cooler, second wall oven and warming drawer and beverage storage. This service area overlooks the downstairs media room with a huge HDTV integrated with the SONOS audio system.
Adult couples will appreciate dual master suites with king beds and luxurious custom tile baths. The soaking tub is nestled under sky lights where you can watch the stars at night. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the lower level. Bedroom 3 is also on the oceanside, featuring a king bedroom. An additional, cozy den with wall mounted TV and daybed is attached to this bedroom and a full bath with custom tile shower is just outside.
