Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in a quiet residential area with a short walk or bike to the beach. This ground level duplex is one level (no stairs), and is conveniently located within close proximity to the beach and to Breach Inlet. The upstairs unit is not a rental, and is reserved exclusively for occasional family use.
The front porch features an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A private and spacious screened porch can be found along the back of the house, complete with a gas grill and furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The washer and dryer are behind louvered doors on the screened porch. The kitchen hosts stainless appliances and granite counter tops. All three bedrooms and the living room, has a flat-screen cable TV. Wi-Fi and Linens Included. Please no smoking, and no pets.
