Set back from Main Street, this quiet home is the perfect getaway. The rare large garden gives you plenty of space for al fresco dining, laying out in the sun or reading in the shade. Downstairs you have an open living room with TV and dining room with kitchen and a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs there is a second living room with a 50" TV, one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds (XL in length), a full bathroom and laundry. A perfect Nantucket retreat!
The location is just right - just outside the hustle and bustle of the town while being only a short walk from the action. Walk down historic Main Street for 6 minutes, past the homes of the Whaling Captains from another time, and you are in the very heart of town - surrounded by boutiques and restaurants (and the Juice Bar!).
Leave the home in the other direction and you one minute from the Madaket bike path. A few blocks further and you can pick up the Cisco bike path. The location of the property gives you easy access to the whole island, but allows you to avoid the traffic in town.
