Built in 2018 by Georgantas Development with uncompromising quality, style and luxury in mind, this 4-bedroom, 3 full and 1 half bathroom home offers in-town living at its best. Decorated with one of a kind specialty pieces and ideally situated on one of the most quiet and charming historic streets in the heart of downtown Nantucket. 1st Floor: Open living and dining area, and fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom with private bath with double sink and shower, and a guest bedroom with private bath with twin beds which can be set up as a king for a small extra fee upon request with a private bath with double sink, tub and shower. Lower Level: TV room and two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared shower bathroom.
First Floor
The bright entryway, which includes a powder room, connects to an open layout living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room includes a gas fireplace and a television. Off of the living room a door leads to the outdoor patio with a gas grill, furniture and an outdoor shower.
Lower Level
The family room with television greets you as you enter the lower level of the guest house with ample hangout space. Directly off the family room is the laundry room. Continuing down the hallway towards the back of the guest house are guest beds one and two. Both rooms offer a queen-sized bed and ample closet space. A shared bath is adjacent to these two rooms.
